There's a slight alternation in the bass depending on how it is set. The cord is sufficiently long and I can certainly walk till kitchen with my headphones on and the laptop on the dining room table. I took a chance on these headphones, and desired to share my knowledge about them in case there are other hearing-impaired individuals that are looking or need headphones that will work with their hearing aids in position. Highest frequencies are muddled.

I had been a dedicated earbud user for several years, however I recently developed a mild situation of tinnitus and I learned that using in-ear gadgets was which makes it worse. Bass will get loud and not distorted.
These were priced right and had mostly good reviews, so I took a chance and I am glad I did.
Great purchase.
I heard very little distinction when I switched the modes on the headphones from "movie" to "music." I had been searching for a cheap headset that I can use to watch movies on my small laptop. With the phones off your head, pull the earpieces apart and you will begin to see the topBand "square off." I've had these for just two days and I can say they're very uncomfortable. It sold me, actually when I find out about it the first thing I thought was "Maybe Sony is different, maybe they'll respect their low-end equipment" No, Sony hasn't changed. Nothing very special about these headphones, however for this price, it is the best available. Might have liked a better quality product from Sony instead of these cordless stereo headphones. Many people attempted to defend it by saying you will hear it if you have an excellent system, or what ever, but the truth is, it does not do anything whatsoever. So after a little considerable searching at Amazon and reading the reviews I selected these! I even tried to place a little fabric underneath the band to alleviate pressure, but that did not help a lot at all.
The primary disadvantage they have is the band presses painfully into my scalp before long. These get a little warm before long but when I say a while I am talking about 3+ hours.
You might want to try different. I got these headphones simply because I needed something which would last. I've got a slightly above average amount of hair for a male, and a fairly regular face and I wear glasses.
For the price of these, they're very good. The diameter of the cord is very thick and the cord is extremely long; I believe 11 feet. I've only used them throughout the house so I have not experienced a great deal of outside sound with them on.

Anyways, there's leakage of sound in these Sennheiser RS120 wireless headphones. For the cost I'm happy with these wireless headphones for computer.
