Absolutely Unbeatable For The Price - Wireless Mp3 Head Phones Review

By Emma Patterson

They have a soft velour pad that goes around your ear and more at the top of your head. People who are bald or balding will probably find them pretty comfortable compared to unpadded bands. I am impressed I can hear things on my games I never knew existed and the music and television is awesome. Plus these are much more comfortable than the older set that I had. I have read almost all of the reviews prior to buying this product. I have used a "FEW" electronic products in my 53 years of being in the electronics industry.

I should note that while I was listening to this selection I was moving around my approx. 1100 hem in an 1100 square foot apartment with no loss of fidelity at all. I live in an apartment building, so can't watch TV or listen to music very loudly without disturbing my neighbors. I've been waiting for some time to buy some quality wireless headphones that are lossless and affordable.

For our installation, at least, it was an annoyance to have the charger integrated with the transmitter. The transmitter has to be physically tied to the TV sound source with a cable, which limits your choices for where to plug in the charging station.

They also make my head a tad warm, but I honestly think that's to be expected. Bottom line, I'm able to listen to the TV later at night as loud as I want without disturbing the rest of the family. You can't go wrong with Sennheiser! We replaced a cheaper item with the Sennheiser RS 180 Digital Wireless Headphone System.

Well, it just has to be said. These are brilliant headphones in terms of undisturbed sound transmission and quality of sound. If these were stolen, I'd buy them again. The only con could be that, although the ear pads are very cushioned, my ears are a bit larger than the inside of the phone pad. I think RS130 is analog sound and RS180 is digital sound. Sound quality is very good and no static background noise. You will hear bullets in front of you, behind you, and to your right. They are great headphones and no regrets. I had original purchased the Sennheiser RS120 but wasn't thrilled with the lack of bass, volume levels and interference issues. It is easy to use these cans for long periods of time as the ear pieces are comfortable & compliant. I had forgotten just how good (& well produced) these guys were. That's what I wanted to do with this purchase, so mission accomplished. I have a friend that has an older set (HDR 130) of these head phones and I tried them out. There is even much more of a 5:1 effect than I get with my room system (which is also fantastic). So - I wouldn't even consider any other model, or for that matter, any other brand than the Sennheiser.
